LEADERSHIP LAB
The Herbert W. Kaufman Leadership Lab is a dynamic, hands-on fellowship that empowers students to grow as leaders within the Jewish community—and beyond. Through immersive experiences and skill-building workshops, participants will gain valuable tools in areas such as event planning, innovation, communication, social media strategy, and organizational leadership.

Students will benefit from both small-group cohort learning and individualized mentorship with the Kaufman Leadership Lab educator, helping them build meaningful connections and personal leadership confidence.

Whether you're interested in shaping Jewish life on campus, becoming a future MSU Hillel intern or Jewish Student Union leader, or simply want to level up your leadership in a fun, supportive environment—this is the opportunity for you.
The leadership lab will meet 6 times over the semester and will include dinner.
