The DeRoy Leadership Lab is an immersive, experiential leadership development program that empowers students to grow and develop as leaders in the Jewish community and beyond. This full year fellowship will train students in skills like programming innovation, communication, social media strategy, and leadership of organizations. Participants will participate in sessions designed just for them to build strong connections within their cohort as well as one-on-one learning time with the DeRoy Leadership Lab educator. If you are looking to gain leadership skills, plan events for your fellow peers, become a future Jewish Student Union member or MSU Hillel intern, or experience leadership development in a new and fun way, join the DeRoy Leadership Lab.
25 spots are available and participants will be chosen via an application process. The leadership lab will meet 12 times over the year for an hour long session.
Upon completion of the program, students will receive a $150 stipend. Questions? Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
