The Shabbat Hosting Lab (SHL) empowers students to create meaningful, welcoming Shabbat experiences for themselves and their friends. Over the course of 10 weeks, fellows explore the traditions and values of Shabbat, build practical hosting skills, and gain the confidence to lead gatherings in their own apartments or living spaces.

This isn't your Bubbie's Shabbat—it's an opportunity to create a Shabbat experience that reflects who you are while being inspired by Jewish wisdom and tradition.

As part of the fellowship, participants will host two Shabbat gatherings for their peers. Fellows are selected through an application and interview process. Click here to learn more and apply!
